Sia Yan — Creative Director
Sia is a creative leader with a background in environmental and industrial design, bringing a unique artistic perspective to game development. As Creative Director of Monoblack, she shapes the studio’s signature ink-wash aesthetic and ensures every detail—from character design to user experience—reflects both artistry and playability.
